The Solipsist Tarot

Down 8 Major Arcana cards, only 14 left to go!

It feels a little peculiar to be drawing my own derrière and putting it on the internet. I mean, if you’ve seen it before, that’s old news, but if you haven’t, TADA! Here’s my bum! Now we HAVE to be friends.

[one_half] ST_VI
[/one_half] [one_half_last] ST_XIII
[/one_half_last] [one_half] VI – THE LOVERS
This card isn’t so much about love as it is about having to make choices and taking matters into your own hands, (sur)mounting obstacles and making things happen on your terms.
[/one_half] [one_half_last] XIII – DEATH
Speaking of obstacles…I am deathly allergic to peanuts. But this isn’t about death. Happenstances come in of all sorts of shapes and sizes, disguised or painfully obvious. This is about defeating something and learning from the experience, and starting afresh.
[/one_half_last] [one_half] ST_XVII
[/one_half] [one_half_last] ST_XVIII
[/one_half_last] [one_half] XVII – THE STAR
The Star is a reminder that the future stands unwritten, and is still full of hope and possibilities. It’s about knowing that no matter how crappy today’s been, there’s always a cat’s butt waiting to be pet. And wine. Lots of it. Obviously.
[/one_half] [one_half_last] XVIII – THE MOON
Comparatively, too much wine and daydreaming may land you swinging buck-naked on a crescent moon, swinging between madness and genius. The Moon is a warning to not make important decision at this particular moment, but rather to put all this manic energy into something creative. Or just use it as a warning to NOT do any of that. It really depends on how much explaining you want to be doing, you know?
